I was in the market for a Summer Hill king storage bed and visited the Lewes store to get a quote. Thom assisted me and provided a price.  I asked if this was his best price. Thom explained the CC pricing policy to me. I said fine and that I would get back to him. I then drove to a competitor confident that I could beat the CC quote. I met the salesperson and she went off to price the bed; she returns and informs me that with the sale she will save me $284. I ask what the number is. She replies $1,614 plus $100 shipping. I say that’s not a sale and are you sure. She is aware that I am a repeat customer. She checks with her manager and confirms the amount. I ask if the delivery people will remove by mattress and box spring. She replies only if you buy a mattress from us.  The next day I return to CC and meet with Thom. Yes they will take away the old mattress and box spring. 10 minutes later my order has been placed. I will definitely use CC and Thom for all my future purchases.

We are building a new home in Milton, Delaware. When we were looking at model homes, I commented to our sales representative that I loved how the home was furnished and decorated. She informed me that Robin Wall from Creative Concepts does the layout of their model homes and if I was interested that she would assist me. Of course I was....so I obtained her phone number, gave her a call....and the magic began!! Robin is a delight to work with!! Great personality, knowledgeable about her craft, listens to your style concepts and makes herself available 24/7!! Exceptional service! It has been such a pleasure to work with Eileen Burkley and highly recommend her expertise. We are currently building a home in Lewes which requires to be furnished. Creative Concepts and Robin Wall help design the interior of our new Coastal home in Delaware. Robin has a great eye for color and design. She listens to what you like as well as how the space will be used and comes up with a functional design. I loved it. Their decorator Stacey Orem did the design and they furnished the whole house right down to mattresses, bedding, window treatments and art. Our friends say our home looks like a model. Good value too.

So glad we made the decision to walk into Creative Concepts. A gentleman named Tom approached us and ask if he could help us look for anything. After a few minutes and several questions we left because of another appointment. We told him we would be back in a couple of days. We returned and to our amazement Tom had picked out the perfect combination of items for our revamping project. He came to our house and soon learned our personalities! Robin Wall did a absolutely spectacular job helping us decorate our new home in Ocean View. She was a pleasure to work with--extremely responsive throughout and very patient especially when we changed our minds or couldn't make them up! Not only did Robin help with the furnishings, she came with us to the builder's design center to pick out granite, flooring, and fixtures... and she helped us select paint colors and ceiling fans.
