Eileen was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Guided us through the purchase of a great dinette set for our new house. Creative Concepts has many unique items that I have not seen in other furniture stores. Very good experience.

I have had great experiences with buying furniture from Creative Concepts and also having their decorators assist with ideas. Most recently, Jack August, found wonderful choices for living room furniture for my home. Jack is creative, actually came over to my home to see what would options would blend with the furniture already there, he found unique pieces for me, stayed in touch throughout the process and then came over to see that the items were properly placed. I highly recommend Jack as a trusted resource for your home needs. He is a delight and consummate professional.

Working with Robin Wall at Creative Concepts was as good as it gets! She did a fabulous job understanding what my husband and I were looking for (even though we weren’t always certain!) and the results are beautiful! Robin is a delight to work with and she has a great design sense. In addition to recommending furniture, she came with us to pick out fixtures, flooring, and granite from our builder–and recommended ceiling fans and paint for all the rooms in our home (even those for which we didn’t order new furniture). Highly highly recommend Robin and Creative Concepts.

Many years ago, when Bobbi and Wayne were still running the business, we began a relationship with Creative Concepts that continues today. Great design services (thank you for all your hard work, Thom Lockhart!), quality furniture at a reasonable price point, and excellent customer service are the norm at CC – not the exception. Thom has visited our house more than once to insure that our furniture selections are the right scale for the room and will flow nicely with the rest of our very open floor plan. We’re currently awaiting the arrival of new family room furniture, and once again, we’ve been extremely happy with the level and quality of their customer service and attention to detail. We highly recommend them!

I worked with John Goslee and T.K. Novikoff recently to purchase a chair and ottoman. They were both so incredibly helpful it was a pleasure dealing with them. Friendly, professional and very responsive.  Creative Concepts has a great selection and I am absolutely thrilled with my new furniture!

Robin was excellent to work with over the past 5 weeks. We purchased a dining room set, buffet and rug. She helped us through the selection process. She also provided a “keen eye” when we had to make the tough color decisions. We also purchased a console for our front entry and 3 seat electric sofa for the den. Robin and the whole team were just wonderful. From initial meeting through delivery.

Stacy was amazing! Helped us furnish our new home and she even went to the house and made sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend her!

I really enjoyed the selection at Creative Concepts and Susan helped me through the process of choosing from all they had to offer. She also saw a pic of my existing rug and chairs and chose the perfect fabric for the sectional. She is a pleasure to work with. I will be back.
