This review is long overdue, I started working with Susan Bruno last November 2025 to select chairs for a new kitchen island. Not only are they the most comfortable chairs, Susan selected the perfect fabric and color. We then worked with Susan for a new construction living room addition and she selected our sectional sofa, ottoman and swivel chairs. We absolutely love the gorgeous fabrics, colors and comfort of our new furniture. Susan is extremely personable and a joy to work with, often going the extra mile to provide expert design advice. Even when there were issues with the sectional legs, Susan closely monitored the repair and stayed in touch with us. The delivery and repair teams are highly experienced and professional. I would highly recommend Susan Bruno as an incredible design expert and Creative Concepts as an excellent customer experience. Thank you again for helping us implement our vision.
