With over 30 years of passion-turned-profession, and, at the forefront of the latest décor and design trends, Gail continually creates new spaces that reflect her personal style and joy: She describes herself as “a very lucky person”.

Her unique expertise, which includes project-managing new home builds in the coastal region & out of town as well, extends beyond residential and flows effortlessly into commercial. She works directly with architectural blueprints to oversee the design and selection of new floors, doors, trim, counters, lighting, etc. Every room she touches transforms into a haven of beauty and functionality.

Over 30 years of experience in design, sales & merchandising has afforded John the ability and knowledge to assist you in turning your house into your dream home! An Eastern shore native, he has deep roots and ties in the community. John’s passion for art, history and architecture was honed at Salisbury State University where he graduated with a BA in 1991.

After graduating John held various positions in the fashion industry designing, dressing windows and curating looks. He then worked for a national home furnishings group where he designed, merchandised and reconfigured entire stores.

STACY OREM

DESIGNER C.I.D. – OCEAN VIEW, DE

For more than 20 years, Stacy has thrived on the ‘Artistry’ of designing beautiful homes.  She is a fourth-generation Eastern shore native and earned her Interior Design & Architecture degree from the Stratford Institute.  Stacy’s personal design taste leans towards casual shabby-chic. She mostly loves creating completely new and refreshing looks and creatively thinks ‘out-of-the-box’ for her clientele.  Throughout her career she has designed model homes, offices, kitchens, bathrooms and many homes from top to bottom. One unique skill she possesses is to see color and retain it from one design point to another.

Identifying her client’s style and functionality is top priority as she creates concepts and then implements her designs into their dream home.   Stacy has been with Creative Concepts for nearly a decade and is very passionate about what she does. She believes  she was born to utilize her creative artistic abilities through design.

STEVE ORTLEIB

DESIGN CONSULTANT – OCEAN VIEW, DE

Steve boasts over 30 years of design expertise and enjoys helping his clients discover the ‘perfect look’.  His personal style is more traditional; however, he enjoys designing contemporary styles by mixing family-antiques with fashionable sofas, seating and accessories for an eclectic look: A way to successfully utilize the pieces you love and achieve a modern statement.

Furniture styles have morphed over the years; however, timeless styles always seem to make a comeback. A dark cherry piece can be used with light neutral fabrics that can make a dramatic, united theme in a room.

SUSAN BRUNO

DESIGN CONSULTANT – OCEAN VIEW, DE

As a young woman from a military family, Susan was fortunate to live in Germany in addition to many areas of the East Coast of the United States. After marrying, she and her husband lived in New Jersey for many years where they raised their 2 boys.  Not long after purchasing a vacation home in Ocean View, Susan and her husband moved to Delaware full-time.

Susan’s passion for design was honed during her 26 years in the custom picture-framing industry where she was involved in product design in addition to the design and manufacturing of wood and metal moldings and matboards.

Evolving into furniture design was a natural transition for Susan. She loves working with the clean palette of a new home to help her clients allow their design dreams become reality.  Her specialty is utilizing cherished, older furniture pieces that clients are eager to mix into their chic, modern coastal home. Her favorite tone-on-tone design style makes a loud statement with the least amount of contrast possible.  Susan is ready to hear about your desired design plans!

TOM KLINGLER

DESIGN CONSULTANT – OCEAN VIEW, DE

Tom holds an Interior Design degree from Berkley College of Design, NJ and has  worked as an Interior Design Consultant for over 20 years. His vast experience and deep passion inspires him every day to create individual, unique designs for his clients.  He has enjoyed designing residential and commercial projects in the NJ and NY metro areas.

Tom’s love for the Delaware beaches brought him to the area over 13 years ago.  His creative vision spans from traditional to coastal, colorful and monochromatic.  Tom’s use of appropriately scaled furnishings along with patterns and textures helps to create exceptionally pleasing interior designs.  He excels at creating extraordinarily beautiful homes that reflect every client’s personality.
