Working with Robin Wall at Creative Concepts was as good as it gets! She did a fabulous job understanding what my husband and I were looking for (even though we weren’t always certain!) and the results are beautiful! Robin is a delight to work with and she has a great design sense. In addition to recommending furniture, she came with us to pick out fixtures, flooring, and granite from our builder–and recommended ceiling fans and paint for all the rooms in our home (even those for which we didn’t order new furniture). Robin has a great eye for color and design. She listens to what you like as well as how the space will be used and comes up with a functional design. Due to supply chain shortages we ordered furniture before the house was built which Creative Concepts stored until the house was completed. We are building a new home in Milton, Delaware. When we were looking at model homes, I commented to our sales representative that I loved how the home was furnished and decorated. She informed me that Robin Wall from Creative Concepts does the layout of their model homes and if I was interested that she would assist me. Of course I was….so I obtained her phone number, gave her a call….and the magic began!! Robin is a delight to work with!! Great personality, knowledgeable about her craft, listens to your style concepts and makes herself available 24/7!! She has made what could have been a very overwhelming experience for me a pure delight. We currently reside in Virginia so doing everything long distance and in an unfamiliar area can be quite daunting. Robin has stepped right in and has helped me in ways that I’m so very thankful for. Robin was referred to us by my cousin and his wife and I’m so glad they did. Robin went above and beyond to select the perfect furnishings to fill our new house. Robin is PHENOMENAL!!!! My husband and I bought a Capstone Home and our salesperson referred us to Robin and from day 1 she listened to our needs and wants, provided floorplans, the whole package. The furniture we selected and what Robin recommended is so beautiful along with the accessories that we get a ton of comments that our home looks like it should be in a magazine. Robin Wall did an absolutely spectacular job helping us decorate our new home in Ocean View. She was a pleasure to work with–extremely responsive throughout and very patient especially when we changed our minds or couldn’t make them up! Not only did Robin help with the furnishings, she came with us to the builder’s design center to pick out granite, flooring, and fixtures… and she helped us select paint colors and ceiling fans. We recently moved to the area and while visiting your store I had the good luck to ask Robin Wall a question. When it was time to furnish our new home I contacted Robin. She was able to integrate our existing pieces and add beautiful pieces to complete the design. She listens to her customers and is responsive to their needs. I highly recommend Robin.

We moved to Lewes from Alaska. We had no coastal decor, nor any coastal design knowledge. I feared I would select too matchy or colors that weren’t complementary or too “random”. The day we closed on our home we stopped in looking for Robin Wall, per our builder rep. Robin was extremely pleasant, understanding of our goals, respected our challenges of 4 dogs and offered to put some packages together for us. Within a week she called to show us a kitchen set, living room and bar stools for our open floor plan. The fabrics, styles and colors needed to complement each other and she nailed it!! Robin selected a very mature coastal look that reflected a classy, relaxing style. During the lengthy process of waiting for custom orders she was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and assured us she was pulling it all together! Sure enough! While there are furniture stores with easy quick and maybe even more affordable access and delivery this was worth the wait!! Nothing beats the quality of these pieces that will last a lifetime! And Robin is the one to make your coastal dream house a reality!! We can’t say enough wonderful things about our designer, Robin Wall! She is a SPECTACULAR designer with many years of experience. She made the process of filling our home with new furnishing effortless. Moving from San Francisco, CA to Lewes, DE was not an easy transition. We worked with Robin over several months, curating the perfect space for our new home and new look. She listened to our likes and dislikes with such patience and put together a unique design with such ease and with such great vision of an overall look to meet our wishes. She was thoughtful enough to create a floor plan and was always prepared for the next meeting to show us her ideas. We LOVE our furnishings in our great room, dining room, kitchen, guest room and master bedroom. Thank you for making our house feel like a HOME.
