Eileen’s love of design is driven by her passion to create a personal sanctuary for her family and friends. Her extensive international travels in her youth, then a storied Real Estate career in NYC developed and shaped her love and appreciation for décor and design. With a remarkable grasp of color, scale, fabrics, textures, art and antiques, Eileen creatively weaves designs to reflect her client’s current style that is representative of their past story & experiences.

JACK AUGUST

Jack was ‘born into’ his family’s business of antique restoration, fine art, window treatments and design. This rich, early apprenticeship honed his passion & skills that encompass all aspects of complete home design. This also includes a love and appreciation of history, fashion, and culture. He is fearless and creative when it comes to mixing it up and thinking ‘outside the box’.
Jack is laser-focused on his client’s needs with a natural eye on design, to create a total game plan: Be it a small one or a total ‘all-out’ design.
ROBIN WALL

Robin has over 30 years of design consulting experience and enjoys the excitement and challenges of working on residential, builder-model homes as well as commercial sites. She has been a resident of Lewes for over 10 years and passionately works with every client to help them discover their unique coastal flare.
Her design approach on every project, small and large, is to work closely with clients to determine what their needs & desires are so all their expectations can be met.
That process usually begins with space planning, choosing paint colors, furniture selections for their home, reviewing window treatment options then continuing through the space until they get to the final flourishing-touch of accessories.
Robin derives great pleasure from showing clients how to mix and match fabrics, finishes, textures and styles to create the space they have always dreamed of.
THOM LOCKHART
DESIGN CONSULTANT – LEWES, DE

For over 30 years, Thom has been in the furniture industry in one facet or another. His first retail venture was at Storehouse Furniture in Atlantic, GA, which then lead to a successful commercial design career in 1990. Thom was then wildly successful as a freelance designer for many years working with clients in the DC, MD and VA areas.
After making a permanent move to the Delaware beach area he joined the design team at Creative Concepts.
A few of Thom’s greatest accomplishments include the opportunity to work on two ABC Extreme Home Makeovers and assisting in making the selections of furnishings for the Houses on Angel Lane after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Thom contributes a lifetime of experience and creativity to the Creative Concepts team.
KAREN FAULKNER
DESIGN CONSULTANT – LEWES, DE

Karen is passionate about merging her love of art and design with her enthusiasm for meeting people and helping others. She received a BFA in Illustration and Art Education from Moore College of Art & Design, followed by a successful career as an Art Teacher and freelance artist in NJ. After moving to Lewes, she pursued her Certification in Residential Interior Design.
Her strong creative skill set and natural artistic eye for color, texture, and pattern allows her to curate visually inviting spaces. From selecting paint colors and coordinating fabrics, to arranging furniture and accessories, she carefully considers every design element to achieve a balanced and cohesive result.
She has always enjoyed seeing a great transformation take place, no matter the size of the project. She understands the challenges of designing spaces, whether a renovation or a new home build, and strives to make the process fun and stress-free. By taking the time to understand each client’s style and needs, she helps bring their visions to life in a way that is both beautiful and functional.
