Susan was truly amazing and very patient. I loved how she kept coming up with new ideas to bring my vision to fruition without any pressure. She was truly a godsend during the entire furniture buying process.  I will definitely be going back again to see her for anything I need in the future.

Steve’s design input exceeded our expectations. The delivery team was amazing and were able to deliver and setup our furniture despite a very challenging staircase. We were looking for a chair for our kids bedroom and weren’t sure what exactly we wanted. Creative Concepts has a great variety of chairs, but isn’t too overwhelming. Jack helped us pick out a chair that will work extremely well in the space we have for it. His expertise with fabrics made that selection process very easy as well. Lastly, he rolled with having to deal with 3 rambunctious boys as customers.

Twenty-five years ago, we decorated our condo at Sea Colony working with Craig at Creative Concepts. The process was seamless the result was amazing. Recently we redecorated a child’s bedroom, and Tom was extremely helpful- once again, easy with a perfect outcome. The furniture is beautiful and perfect for the space, and it came when Tom had predicted. The delivery team was highly professional.

I received a delivery of furniture for my apartment yesterday from the warehouse team. The team was extremely professional and anticipated all my needs. For example, area rugs were unrolled with mats already in place and felt pads were already on the dining room chairs. Everything was done at the warehouse before the delivery.
Gail Lednum accompanied the delivery and orchestrated the placement of furniture. She assisted me in choosing the furniture and was spot on. The apartment looks beautiful!
